Crave Catering and Cakes is the brainchild of local Missoulian, Rebecca Peart. In 1996 she earned her degree from Western Culinary Institute in the rapidly rising food mecca of Portland, Oregon. Since finding her forever home in Montana in 2000, she has worked as Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef, gaining extensive knowledge of every aspect of food service. Absorbing influences from travel to American gems such as New York City and New Orleans and glorious cuisines in Europe and from the islands of the Caribbean, her passion lies in creating the "perfect bite". By utilizing premium ingredients and purchasing locally when possible, Crave is able to customize menus and create divine desserts that have gained a local following.
